Welcome! My name is Astra Dwyer and I am the Owner of On Your Day Events. If I'm not enjoying family colouring night with my husband and toddlers or a fresh made waffle, I'm proudly providing full wedding planning and day-of coordination for Durham Region, Toronto, York Region and beyond.


With several years of marketing, sales and client service as my foundation, I had one thing in mind when I opened On Your Day Events in 2006 - making wedding planning easy. You are the busy couple, the overwhelmed bride or the nervous groom and I created my company for you. The most gratifying experience since becoming a wedding planner has been watching my couples enjoy the planning process and relieved that they have a wedding planner to guide them.

I simply love what I do and there is no other way to explain it.
